Return Policy

At Daniel & Laura London, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our return policy carefully below.

Return Conditions  

- Returns can only be requested after you have physically received the item.  
- Return shipping costs are fully the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees.  
- Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.  
- Trying on items is allowed, but they must not be worn.  
- Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order is not permitted.  

Return Process  

1. Submit your return request by emailing info@daniellauralondon.com within 14 days of receiving your order.  
2. Once approved, you will receive the return address of our supplier.  
3. Ship the item back at your own expense, including any applicable shipping or customs fees.  
4. We strongly recommend using a shipping method with track & trace, as you are responsible for the return shipment.  

Refunds  

After we receive your returned item and verify its condition, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.

Liability  

- We are not responsible for lost return packages if tracking shows the item was delivered to the provided address.  
- If an incorrect address is provided during checkout, this remains the responsibility of the customer.  
- Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
