Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide you with our return address and return instructions.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return the item using a fully tracked shipping service.
Email us your Track & Trace number once your parcel has been shipped.

Return Shipping Costs

All return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
This includes any shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or any other costs associated with returning the parcel.
Returns must be shipped using a fully tracked shipping service.
A valid Track & Trace number is required for every return.
Returns sent without a valid Track & Trace number cannot be verified and therefore cannot be processed or refunded.
Daniel & Laura London is not responsible for parcels that are lost, delayed, or damaged while being returned to our warehouse.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received, inspected, and approved by our warehouse, your refund will be processed in accordance with our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee.

Returns shipped without prior approval.
Returns sent without a valid Track & Trace number.
Parcels lost, delayed, or damaged during return transit.
Incorrect or incomplete return shipments sent by the customer.
Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer during checkout.

Any address corrections must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
